By accessing or using JobFlow, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

JobFlow provides tools for scheduling, dispatch, estimating, invoicing, and payments for service businesses. We may add, remove, or change features to improve the service.

We aim to keep JobFlow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unexpected outages may occur.

You can request an export of your account data in a commonly used format. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide exports within a reasonable timeframe.

Some features may be labeled beta or experimental. These features are provided "as is" and may change or be removed at any time.

Support response times may vary based on plan, volume, and issue complexity. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond and resolve issues.

• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the service.

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter into the service. You grant Katharix, LLC a limited right to host, process, and display your content to provide the service.

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it without authorization.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service or its content.

Subscription terms, billing cycles, fees, and trial periods are presented at checkout and in your account settings. Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe and Square.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at hello@katharix.com.

The service may integrate with third-party providers such as Stripe, Square, and Twilio. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the service, you agree to those practices.

We are committed to compliance with OWASP guidance, SOC 2 Type II controls, and PCI DSS requirements where applicable. We may still be in progress toward formal certification, and we will only state certification in writing once achieved.

JobFlow and its content are owned by Katharix, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katharix, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

You and Katharix, LLC each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Arbitration will be conducted in Virginia, USA, unless the parties agree otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates here and revise the "Last updated" date.
